Not country. I do like classical, but I mostly listen to metal. I was in high school in the Pacific Northwest in the early 90's, so I like grunge a lot, too.

Once upon a time. :-P Nowadays it is pretty wide ranging in the rock genre. A lot of classical rock, alternative, punk (<3 punk), grind metal, and folk/pagan metal. :)

You strike me as a pop or newer punk kind of gal.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't turn to pop stations when I'm feeling really good and kind of giddy. I make sure to keep the windows up to avoid the incredulous stares at the big bald guy singing "Call Me Maybe". Hahahaha!

LOL oh god I hate that song, it's all about One direction and Lady gaga! :indifferent:
Nice you have open-ness when it comes to music though.

    Ensiferum
    Finntroll
    Eluveitie
    Blackguard
    Skyforger

To name a few. It's definitely different, especially if you find a band with a female singer. I'm shocked it isn't more popular in the US.

EVERYONE hates that song, but it is incredibly catchy!. :-)

And yeah, I don't take myself so seriously that I can't enjoy crossing genres. I don't understand how some people can be "this and only this" about things.
