    I will do 30 min of light exercises (including 100 squats) on my work breaks as usual. My main workout won't be till after work and right now I'm thinking either a Zumba DVD or a HIIT running workout, depending on the weather.

    Biggest Loser Boot Camp - Warm-up, Boot Camp 1 and Cool Down with 5 lb weights. First day I did it with weights and I am feeling it - but not too sore just feel noodley (if that is a word).:bigsmile:

    Kettlebells for 45 minutes then a 60 - 70 minutes swim...starting in 3 hours yay!

    Meeting with my trainer today and he's supposed to have a killer CrossFit workout for me. I only work with him for half an hour, so depending on how tough it is, after that I'll do some stairmaster, elliptical or treadmill. Or a combo of all 3.

    I did my usual boring exercise-an arc trainer for 55-60 minutes. It's a combination ellyptical and ski machine...burns more calories.

    It was made more interesting by Downton Abbey, though!

    Cardio day... I'm about to take my two crazy heelers on a 30-minute walk. I also plan on putting in 30 minutes on the elliptical later.

    After literally weeks of joint issues and chronic migraines I'm able to walk again. This morning: 60 min on the NordkTrakx9i, 2.5mi @ 2.5mph & 2.5% incline.

    Some inspiring posts here. I may not be making the intense burn the rest of you ladies are but for me, today is a real success.

    I did Boot Camp, I would of done Jump rope but I am still too heavy and my knee was hurting so he had me do 150 diamond shape sit-ups...........yes, it was hard :bigsmile:

    What are diamond sale sit-ups?

    I slept terribly and was exhausted, so I only put in 15 mins on my recumbent bike this morning to get 150 calories of exercise in. I will put in more time this evening after work, maybe tackle the treadmill...decisions decisions...
