    OMG!! amazing work!! i dont have a before pic... I was so embarrassed that i never took a pic of me... so only have my face on the ticker! But everybody looks soo good!!!

    ok, i think i did this right. before was 304lbs, current is 182lbs. my goal weight for now is 160lbs. i'll figure out what i need to do from there. :)

    ah dang it... i can't figure out how to resize. anywho, check out my little icon thingy. ;) that's the before/after. :)

    Thanks to everyone who has posted your before and after pics!! I have my before on my refrig but currently I am half way to my goal. I can't wait to post my after...

    Keep it up everyone!! Now I have to go clean my computer screen... all the eye candy these guys posted had me licking my screen...LOL
