I'm still far from where I'd like to be (more muscle!!!!) but I am proud of how far I have come!!! :)

I think what I really like about the difference in your before and after is that you're taking a lot more care of *all* of you - skin, hair, makeup, body, and style. You really blossomed.

    THIS
it's like she looks young, maybe 19-20 in her first pic, cute little library girl then BAM! beautiful woman right in your face lol

This was about 2 years ago- not sure what weight, i was injured and quit looking at scale. My highest weight according to my Dr was 285. I avoided camera too, took a bunch of pics because my cousin gave me crap 'cause I didn't have a pic on Facebook, at least not one of me, this is the one I posted thinking it was the best of the bad...

This was me last Fall, 2011, was near highest weight at this time.
Started tracking, seriously dieting and exercising March 1- 250lbs, I can't find an exact pic at this weight.
    9d7241e6.jpg
    April 10, 2012- 224lbs
    167ee664.jpg
    July 10, 2012- 190lbs
I'm now at 186. I have 160 as my goal weight, but not terribly concerned with it. Plan to look into lifting. Put it off due to my physical problems, stuck with walking and now adding in running. I can't believe the muscle I've uncovered so far, and want to see more.

Edited to add- sorry for the weird picture sizes, don't have capability to change it from here.

Here's my progress from this summer in the past 8 weeks. Just 10 lbs (161 to 151) but I'm happy to be headed in the right direction.

It's actually really difficult for me to find photos of myself that show just how heavy I was. I am kind of the master of shoulders-and-up only photos. But I did find a few.

I met one of my idols and ended up looking extremely pregnant in my photo with her. I would have been so upset, but thank goodness for cropping! I mean, what's the point of having a Facebook if I don't use it to brag by posting my pictures with famous people. (By the way, nobody else has ever even seen the uncropped version of this photo...until now.)

    Approximately forty pounds gone...
