    I do the same exact thing except I boil them for 5 minutes dipp them in egg whites then bread them with shake and bake Parmesan for about 15 min they are like fries and addicting and low cal.. This is one of my new fixes lol ❤


    Sounds good. Do you use fresh raw green beans?

    I've made "french fries" out of eggplant before, but they were never crispy enough. I'm going to try this technique on those and see if it helps....

    Tried this tonight and they were fantastic! Didn't taste exactly like french fries, but pretty close. Next time will cook a little less. My hubby thought they tasted like fries. I skipped the ketchup but put mustard mixed with Tapatio on them (which is what I put on fries).

    Thanks for sharing this-fun way to get veggies and healthy fat in!
