I drink this, and find that my sweet cravings are down to a minimum. I fill up 4 water bottles and make sure I drink all of them during the day to get my 2 litres(60oz) of water in. It tastes like lemonade. Oh and I lost 5 pounds the first week I started. I'm almost done week two!0
