I live for fruits and veggies!

I can survive without Wing Stop.

If you are depressed or suffer from anxiety, exercise!

Green tea hits the spot and is healthier than my beloved Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha.

Beef is not my friend!

It is highly important to read nutrition labels!

Exercise is addictive!

I love running!

Squats do a booty good!

If you are mad, exercise!

Losing weight the old fashioned way really does work….my mom kept telling me that!

I looked older 5 months ago….WOW!

If you need an extra energy boost in the morning, exercise!

Diets suck….a healthy lifestyle change is the way to go!

My weight loss journey has motivated others, which in turn motivates me to work/push harder!

If you can’t sleep, exercise!

The right shoes can really make a difference.

Burpees will break you down!!!

If you are stressed, exercise!

A good support system is everything!

Good music will make a workout go by faster!

There is really an app for everything!

Owning a tape measure is important because scales are evil!

Kids watch everything….including how much jiggle you have lost! LOL!

All healthy food does not suck!

There is sodium and sugar in some of everything! Goodness!

Sweat and a good workout fit together like a hand and glove!

You can never go wrong with water….drink it!
