    I used to eat the Tour of Italy, salad to start and breadsticks, raspberry lemonade and of course the cheesecake at the end. No wonder I'm over 100 lbs overweight now. x

    I love the Tour of Italy and eat it almost every time I go to Olive Garden. I say eat what you want and use a weekly calorie target instead of a daily one. If you eat a huge amount one day, just eat less the next to make up for it.

    I always get the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia without pasta. It is listed on My Fitness Pal as 203 calories with the fish only. And then I have steamed broccoli and the total for the meal is 233 calories.
