what types of activities and foods help gain weight?

Well I'm 18 and have been tracking my weight for almost a year. I started out my highest at a binge eatfest at 96 lbs. Then I've creeped up to 99 lbs at now almost 19. For my age I'm in the 8th percentile not under 5th so I'm not underweight. It took two pizzas chicken fingers and a quart of mango tea and 2 liters of soda that I drank in that day. To accomplish the weight. How can I accomplish it more efficiently. Btw that was just my dinner in the morning I was 99.2 lbs. How can I reach 101?

    If you don't care what kind of weight, then just eat calories. Lots of them.
    If you actually want to feel and look good, I'd suggest lifting, clean diet with lots of protein, and a moderate calorie surplus. Patience is the key. One binge does not to have a lasting impact on your weight.
