    I am 5'4" and I am aiming for 150. As I get smaller I will continually reassess though. I want to be what is considered a "healthy" weight, but will also settle for whatever looks/feels good.

    PS. the ticker shows me at 171 pounds to 135 pounds. My profile picture is me at 124 pounds.

    I'm 5'5 & a half! after spending my whole life thinking I was 5'4 lol but my goal weight is 110, starting weight was 135, current weight is 113! Goodluck!!

    110-115 is the goal, currently I'm around 125-127 and I started at 160.

    5'5 first goal is 140 (around wedding weight from 2 years ago)
    ultimate goal around 122-126 (me 6 years ago and looking my best)
    previously been 108 and looked dreadful (10 years ago)

    I am 5'4" and my goal is 118. I have down to 116. I am rather small framed so as long as I am exercising and toned then 118 seems realistic to me.

    130 would be AMAZING

    but I also want incredible muscle definition

    So my real goal is 20% body fat and to maintain (or improve) my lifting numbers. Whatever weight that ends up being is what it is.

    Ultimately, I'd love to get to 140. I'm a curvy girl and don't have a small frame. I have subgoals set before that, though. 1) 200 lbs (i'm 1lb away from that one! woot!), 2), 180 lbs, 3) 160lbs, and finally 140lbs. At my smallest, I was 130, but I was running tennis camps and stuff and highly active. Oh, and I was 17 LOL. Now i'm 31, so I've adjusted my expectations. Wouldn't be heartbroken to be anywhere between 140 and 160.

    5'4 and my goal is 150-160. I like my curves, especially my booty.
    THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!! I am 5'2ish and my goal weight is 160. My husband likes girls 170-200lbs. He likes em "meaty". I was about 200 when we met in 06, but since getting married my highest weight was 281 (pregnant with a 11lbs 4oz baby boy).

    I'm around 99lb right now and my goal is between 88-90lb. I have a very small frame so this isn't an unrealistic or 'unhealthy goal' for me.
  • mine was 115 currently I am 110.. So I want to gain muscle now and put on 10 pds. Having a hard time gaining but It will come.

  • I am Just...5'3" and need to get at 140 - 150. Too old to be a skinny 120 like I was in my teens
  • I'm 5'4", 45 yrs old, and want to return to my previous weight of 125 before I hit menopause in earnest. That was the weight I felt best. However, if my face starts looking weird, I may stop at 130.:tongue:

    I'm 5'4" and I'd be happy to bounce between the low 120s to 125. That's where I was most comfortable in the past. Anything below that I look sickly and is REALLY hard to maintain. I think the individual goals really depend on your frame plus what body fat % you have.

    I'm 5'5 and in menopause ( 51) so my body wants to keep it's belly fat to make hormones. I have a goal of 129.5 to be exact. And I remember the jeans I wore. I'm trying to Build some muscle to trick that meno-B*. It's not rocket science.. eat less ,.. move more. Why is it so slow.?
    Right now I'm just keeping my numbers from jumping up. I say " I never want to see you again #156!." And move to the next pound to lose. Ugh! if I look at the bigger number I feel hopeless.

    I am 5'4.5 and 38 years old. Originally I was think my goal would be 140 pounds, but now I am thinking 145 - 150 might be more realistic and manageable.
  • I'm 5'5 and I want to get to around 135 ... (currently 144). Then if I can maintain 135 for at least 6 months, i might try to lose another 5 :)

    150 would be perfect for me I think. Although, I'd be delighted to get to 160 as well.
  • I have small goals for myself, but overall I'd like to be anywhere from 120-125, all toned up! But right now I'm about 150 lbs.
