Results after 30 Day Shred AND Ripped In 30

Here are my results from both DVDs....I finished 30 DS a few months ago and Ripped In 30 today. Although it took me about 60 days total! I was training for a half-marathon and on vacation in Mexico (the swim up bar certainly didn't help). Anyway, I'm doing 6 Week 6 Pack next! Love all of Jillian's DVDs.

    Great change. I'm so glad to hear someone giving Jillian's video's a good review with visible results. All of us who use them know they work but there are really some Jillian haters floating around MFP. Awesome change!!

    Well done! The day I finished 30 DS I headed to Mexico for 10 days at a swim up bar - gotta love em! Since then have finished RI30 and KB&T and am on day 8 of 6w6p. Your results are better than mine but you were in much better shape to start with! Very impressive - enjoy Jillian and your 6w6p although you look like you already have one! :smile:
