So do you just like do a container of yogurt, and however many you get out of the tub is the calories?

I just don't wanna make these and then go crazy over the yumminess! lol

    Definately gonna have to try!

Precisely. I made over 30 quarter sized dots for around 80 calories. It takes longer to eat than regular yogurt and it may just be my imagination, but it tastes better!

The peanut butter banana ones really were the best. The yogurt was like ice cream!
Slice a banana thinly. Place on wax paper.
Cream together peanut butter and vanilla yogurt. Pipe (or spoon! :D) onto bananas.
Freeze. Once frozen, transfer to freezer safe container.
Seriously. Try these. I about died. :)

That sounds really good. How much peanut butter?

Hmm.... A couple tablespoons should do the trick. My mix was a light tan color.

Mine is in the freezer right now!

I hope they're better than non-frozen yogurt LOL (I'm really NOT a yogurt fan, everytime I eat it i get dizzy....haven't figured out which ingredient does it )

I've been eating these for a little over a week. Maybe it's mental because it takes longer to eat but I also think they are much more filling than reg yogurt. Love them!
