    No I wasn't and if you read more posts you would see the calorie count has been found to be wrong.

    It's funny how so many of you think that sex must burn a ton of calories ;) Sadly it burns many less than you would think.

    (Aside from that, aren't you not supposed to log your daily routines? I mean, I'm hoping it's a part of your daily routine ... or at least every other day ...)

    I've tried to track that "activity" before...we actually have a little joke where we hop on the scale after "being intimate" - always less than before. PROBABLY from dehydration!

    And I am NOT ashamed of it in any way. It burns calories so I am going to add it. And unless the kids arent home its always going to be moderate effort. ;-) Laugh all you want. Doesnt bother me. Oh and to the dead fish comment. Honey I was doing all the work!

    Thanks!. Apparently they took it out of the database, so I will use some other exercise to add when I do THAT!
