Can you lose a few pounds in a week? Absolutely!
Will they stay off? Not a chance. You'd be mostly cutting water weight, and it'll come back as soon as you stop trying stupid things. If you're not an athlete trying to make a weigh-in, that kind of short term loss is completely useless.0 -
Chop of a limb.. That will take care of some un-wanted weight.

Drink ballerina tea or magnesium water and eat only raw foods (fruit and veggies and nuts that haven't been roasted)0

What you need to do is spot reduce, and not eat after 6pm :devil:0

Cutting out carbs will help. Have 2x boiled eggs for breakfast and 2x soups and fit in some exercise and you'll drop a few pounds, however it's a fad diet and you'll probably pop it back on by day 2 of your holiday lol, so not worth it to be honest.0
