    LOL its the days total. if you ate 200g's of carbs right before you went to bed and 0g's the rest of the day it would be exactly the same as if you ate that 200 throughout the day.

    WOW. is that what you really believe?!?!? buddy, your body will not digest 200g of Carbs as your last meal and help you lose weight. Ask ANY NUTRITIONIST OR DOCTOR! I really hope your not giving people this advice cuz your setting them up for failure. You clearly know nothing about the digestive system and nutrient absoprtion by the body. goodluck to you.

    Im sure you also think not eating all day and eating a box of pizza before bed will also help you lost weight because as you said, "its the same thing"...LMAO ya, your on the right track to being a health expert. good luck.

    It only matters what you eat, not what time of day.

    So a couple twinkies, a bowl of ice cream or a chocolate milk shake before my workout will make me burn more fat and less muscle? Awesome...gotta love Dr. Oz, his advice is always spot on!
