    Too true! I have been all about having a whinge this week!

    So my two high points from yesterday and today are.....

    1. I was told I was "doing a stand up job!" on my work project
    2. Lots of weight loss compliments after posting pics of me in my new dress (my profile pic if anyone is interested :wink:)

    Coming back from holiday the same weight on Sunday and being 2.6lbs lighter today... I was stuck for a while but think I am breaking through the plateau now :)

    I did 45 minutes of Kickboxing yesterday and 45 minutes of Strength and Tone and EMS did not have to come for me. I'm thinking that's a high note.

    Just pointing out we actually say "whinging" in Ireland too :) I hardly ever hear "whine" nowadays, it's always "whinge" which is pronounced win-ge.

    This week I got my 4 mile jog time down to 36mins from 40mins. Onwards and downwards!

    Yep, I'm from Ireland and I'd never use whining. I prefer a good whinge ;)

    My high point is bringing my high resting heart beat down to a more normal level. I also feel healthier.
