    I want to join in too! I'm late as well. I'm also part of a weightloss challenge on another thread. But as of Monday I am 194. I'm 5'4 1/2 and my goal is to get down to 130 lbs too. I'm not sure it'll be by christmas but I'm gonna do my best to get there. So far I've lost 13lbs in the last 3 mos so I'm on my way. My B-day is Christmas Eve so it's important to have a major loss like that! I want to be able to keep it off too!

    25 pounds by Christmas is a great goal! My starting weight for this challenge is 150.
