    Ok, I am in on this deal; so let's rock. I need all the help I can get and does anyone know of a quick jump start secrete? Please share what you are doing. Why because right now I have a taste for some ice cream. Ok, any low fat but good ice cream on the market?

    Whoohoo!! I'm in. I was just thinking today that I want to be at my goal weight by Christmas. I'm 185 and i WILL weigh 155 by Christmas!!
