HELP. I just started on my road to eating healthy again. I know I can do it but I'm working two jobs and I don't have time to cook at night. I do find time to exercise at least 30 minutes though. Any ideas for someone that doesn't have time to cook, shop, etc. This is my downfall. Eating out cause it's easy and eating junk cause that's what I have in the pantry. I CAN DO IT!!0

I try to put food in the crock-pot (slow cooker) in the evening. The next morning, I take it out of the fridge and put it on low to cook for 10 hours. When I get home, a healthy good dinner is ready.
