    There is always a Tattletale

And now I'm reporting you for being mean.

Saw this on your profile page "If you do not have a sense of humor, do not even consider adding me as a friend. Or add me, take something I say the wrong way, and then remove me. That's fine too."

A little ironic, don't ya think?

To lose weight you need to be in a caloric deficit – you consume fewer calories than you are expending.

Think of it like this: calories coming in need to be fewer than calories going out.

It is really as simple as that!

anyone heard of this bull**** b4? and does it really work? and how will it work with 1.200 C pair day!!!!!!

So wait... if you eat fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight? MIND BLOWN.

air makes you fat too

I heard cardio makes you fat too... probably because you suck in so much air.

When I step on the scale in the morning and I have gas, I always weigh more, because there's extra air inside me and it weighs more on the inside than out.

Don't weigh yourself until you've farted a few times, and never trust the scale nor the "calories" (what a hoax!) in your food.

Ok. so if I need to stay under 1200...600 calories of dark chocolate and 600 calories of wine. got it...

    perfect, starting tomorrow.

I actually have chocolate wine. It's delicious, and there's no NI on the label, so I don't have to count it.

Cardio is the worst because the air gets deep into your tissue and fills everything and one day you wake up and you weigh twice as much. And if the wind blows really hard you get in trouble

Unbelievable! You mean I can eat sugar from fruits and carbs and still loose weight if I am in a deficit! Not carbs! What sorcery is this!

Is red or white wine better for you?
    YES!

    Pink?

I'm thinking of a side by side comparison here. One of each.

    Be right back...buying wine.

Drink your wine in a glass half the size of the one that you usually use. Thus, cutting your calories in half so that you can drink twice as much.......FACT!!

For those discussing air making you weigh more, May I suggest you read the thread on IF (Intermittent Farting) it was both usefull and informative.

ETA For those of you discussing wine I will have a large glass of Rose please. :drinker:

    hm is that related to
    - stolen food has no calories (it's in your dinning partners calorie log, not yours)
    - fries broken in half have no calories (they leak out)
    - icecream/ frozen food have no calories( you need to heat the food which burns cals)
