What foods give you large quantity of gas, and what foods give you stinky gas?
Many fruits and veggies give me constant gas but it doesn't smell very bad. Juxtaposed to eggs, potatoes and cabbage give me some severe odiferous gas!

You were awake with those farts but you clearly have no recollection of the farts you let loose when you were actually asleep.0 -

Nothing but I'll blame anything (raisins, water, ...shrimp) I eat if I let one slip :blushing:0

My fiber bars. They don't stink though! They just make for uncomfortable moments on the elliptical. You know, when you feel one coming on, look around to see if anyone's nearby, and try to hold it back or at least mitigate the sound. I will stop my ipod and listen out for it to make sure it is silent, though I don't know what I expect to do if it isn't.
Uh, so yeah. Fiber bars.0 -
grapes!!! no idea why0

You may have developed lactose intolerance. It's fairly common for many people to develop intolerance in their adulthood. I developed mine around 26-27.0 -

Only bananas. I can eat tons of beans no problem, but a half a raw banana KILLS me.0

To stay on topic, there haven't been any issues (with either of us!) since cutting out wheat0 -

BROCCOLI (raw & cooked). i had no idea where my constant uncomfortable bloating/gas came from until i read that broccoli gives you gas. i was eating it EVERY DAY when i decided to cut it out and now...gas-free! thanks goodness.0

No need to feel awkward. Unless stated, I'm assuming foods that cause gas are odorless. There are several foods which cause me to become a gas producing monster, yet they don't smell, at least not to me. And there are other foods which will cause me to let loose one small silent fart and it can strip the paint off a wall!0 -
Milk - it's more the lactos that does it......and protein shakes0
