I hate running and jogging and I finished the rebel run Saturday..it was so much fun. This from a man that has lost all of his weight cycling/elliptical and strength training. I ran the first mile then power walked and jogged the rest when it came to the challenges i passed a lot of people up from my strength training. Im definitely going to start training to do a lot more of these. I did it by myself also bk no one would do it with me. Finished in 50 mins.0
