    Glad I was reading through topics today. I've had issues with my hip after I started trying to run again; your comment about the fish oil helping your hip was reassuring as well as a reminder to take mine yet this morning! Why doesn't my phone alert go off!!!? Ugh!! I MUST have something to remind me to take my mulit & fish oil - at least until I get into a routine.

    It's been fun seeing what everyone put as their top 3 foods. For me: grilled chicken breast, apple, bacardi & diet pepsi - had to give up the sangria :( Too much sugar!
