So this was a learning experience for me...I just discovered that I am consuming entirely too much coffee. Two cups a day has resulted in a "most used" FULL PAGE of coffee. All kinds because apparently I like to search out and record EXACTLY the kind of coffee I am drinking. I need rehab?!?!?
1. Cafe Vanilla (auto dispense) - Coffee maker at work (stopped using this forever ago because of the calories and sweetness)
2. Starbuck's - House Blend Coffee
3. Coffee - Brewed from grounds
So after my multivitamin and a bunch MORE coffee...my first food items are...
1. Jack Link's - Premium Cuts Teriyaki Beef Jerky
2. Costco - Basil Pesto Tilapia
3. Chobani Champions - Honey-Nana 100 g

hahaha I think a lot of us drink a lot of coffee. If you start a rehab, it would probably be full. :laugh:0 -
This is probably a stupid question but how do I find out what my most used foods are?
