    1. Coffee
    2. Green tea with lemon
    3. Medium eggs

I'm not surprised. I love coffee. I've been forcing the green tea down for a few weeks. Eggs...well, they're just so versatile!

    1.) Quaker Natural Granola
    2.) Banana
    3.) PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter.

I have Greek yogurt with granola and PB2 twice a day, but the yogurt flavor varies, so they don't crack the top 3.

    Awesome thread.

    1. Coffee with skimmed milk
    2. Real Ale - 4.0%
    3. Philadelphia

The coffee, while I drink it often, doesn't add much to my overall calories. The real ale does! I'm just trying to work out how best to cut down while still enjoying my social life, because if my rheumatologist saw my food diary for the week I've just spent on holiday I would be in serious trouble.
