    Good grief, that sounds too virtuous. I'm truly not that good. Its just all the other things are so varied.

    Ironic that my top 3 are protein based. It just means I don't vary my protein choices very much. That being said, my next 5 items are veggies and fruits (onion, tomato, lettuce, blueberries, apple)

    Thankfully the yogurt saves my top 3 from being a total disaster

    I never track my diet soda, since I'm not worrying about sodium, otherwise, soda would definitely be in my top three.
