I don't eat this anymore, but when I was a little girl, I love eating a toasted sandwich of crunchy peanut butter, strawberry jam and a slice of Oscar Mayer chopped ham! It was my favorite sandwich to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Currently, I don't have a favorite, but maybe I will by the time I read what everyone else has posted!0

roast beef, grilled onions, mozzarella with brown gravy over it, on italian bread. oh man that's good. maybe not the healthiest, but f*cking DELICIOUS...get it at John's Deli in Brooklyn on 86th and Stillwell. Damn that's good stuff.
Also mortadella with fresh ricotta, black pepper and some basil on Semolina bread. SO GOOD.
Prosciutto and figs on ciabatta
provolone, roast pork and broccoli raab on italian bread...philly!!0 -

Incredibly unhealthy when eaten every day as I used to do, but I loved a white baguette filled to bursting with Chicken, Southern Fried Chicken, Bacon with red onion. Fantastic sandwich even if it was ludicrously unhealthy!0

Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese OR Brie and Cranberry.
I'm with you on the salmon & cream cheese!
Just as good: smoked Scottish salmon on whole wheat with some Irish butter. Simple but YUM.0 -
I like smoked turkey (usually 25 calorie a slice I use 2)
Flat sandwhich bun (I think whole wheat, from sams has about 100 calories)
basil pesto (meant as a pasta topping. I usually add around 40 calories for the amount I smear on)
provolone low fat slice (50 calories)
add some lettuce and tomatoes!
total... 240 calories, sometimes I eat 2 if I have the calories open for it
I designed this after trying FAzolis smoked turkey wrap with basil pesto! Although even there the calories weren't horrific, I am not close by and try to eat out as little as possible.0 -
Peanut butter and banana
