ohh, you guys are soo much healthier than I; I had :: 2 pancakes, 5 crispy bacon slices, and sugar free maple syrup, with a cup of tea & splenda...:grumble: even though i'm trying to loose weight, I have horrible eatin tendencies, and its as if I can't stop.. :grumble:0

Water (I had to start putting "water" into my food log to remind me to drink it)
That cinnamon roll oatmeal sounds great. I need to look for that at the store.

Oh no, I was talking to OP...she just had the two whites. A white only contains half the protein, none of the fat, and very little nutrients compared to the yolk.0 -
