I recently found out i'm gluten intolerant so i've been pretty creative with my breakfasts recently... I made a "fruit salad cereal" this morning.. it was delicious!!!
1/2 sliced banana
1/4 chopped apple
4-5 sliced small strawberries
1/4 cup gluten free oats (not cooked)
handful of sliced almonds
handful of raisins
3/4 cup silk light vanilla soy milk
sprinkle of cinnamon
IT WAS SO GOOD!!! You obviously could switch up the fruit to your liking and use any kind of milk you'd like... might be one of my new favorites!0 -
1 cup of oatmeal
15 blueberries
1 banana
1 cup of coffee with a squirt of milk0 -
2 whole eggs scrambled
1 container of yogurt
Yummy.0 -
1/2 cup rolled oats= 1 full cup cooked with water
80% of a banana mashed in the oats (I don't like the ends of the banana)
its my own version of banana oatmeal but you get a much larger volume of food for the calories vs. instant quaker oatmeal.
I need to start eating more eggs! I eat them on the weekends and I am not hungry for the majority of the day!!0 -

cooked brown rice in chicken stock (precooked myself), mix a cup of rice with egg white and zap in microwave for tasty healthy breakfast, plus a handful of blueberries and a coffee.
I eat this before an intense cardio workout (today I burned 1,000 calories in 90 min) and I feel like I can go forever. It's my favourite pre-workout breakfast.
