Loved your post Scott! It was really a nice read. We all have our own personal Cuban Missile Crises; and it's nice to hear one articulated so well. By demons usually come down to the weekend alcohol. But I'm getting much better with controlling my intake, and it feels like a win every time I make a smart choice.
