I met my bf while he was working in a comic book shop soooo yeah, I love me some comics. Read a lot of Sonic and Knuckles. I will admit to reading the Archie comics. And I love Harley Quinn, love that they gave Harley her own comics too. I mostly read manga now. Those are kinda like comic books, only Japanese and you read em from right to left.0

Y:The Last man is great - also loved Fables. Big fan of Dungeon and a sheepish fan of the Druuna books - so filthy and yet so beautifully drawn.
For the webcomics enthusiasts, can I suggest Glorious Bounty? Bounty-hunter scifi and its hilariously wrong. http://www.gloriousbounty.com/0 -

I love comics. We have a massive collection of bagged-and-boarded comics dating from the 60s and 70s on. I'm rereading V for Vendette right now, just finished The Long Halloween. I'm a huge Teen Titans/Justice League/Batman/Superman fan.0

I used to read comics all the time... not so much anymore... especially since Bill Watterson ended his ingenious "Calvin and Hobbes" series. I still read the local newsrag for the daily syndicated comics and a few web-comics of late. I'm a big fan of Day by Day Cartoon by Chris Muir. http://www.daybydaycartoon.com/0

I don't know much about DC or Marvel comics. I really like Fables and reading comic memoirs like "Maus", "The Photographer", "Persepolis", and "Fun Home". And almost anything by Chris Ware.
Also, if any of you are interested in abstract art, you should try "Abstract Comics". It's an interesting read on sequential art.0 -

I didn't know they had such comics. He would never do it, but I would love to see Banksy do a comic. I love that guys art.0 -

I can just imagine it now, a four panel comic along some building. Or better yet, one image on each of four sequential buildings. You're right though, not really his style. I actually saw a graffiti artist who did a documented project kind similar where the drawing was redrawn over and over slowly moving from one building to the next so that when all the photos were together it looked like a film of a giant animal moving across the buildings.0 -
Also I read a LOT of japanese comics (manga), though I've noticed those two crowds usually don't overlap a lot. I wish comics from other countries would get translated more often and distributed over here. So far I've only seen two French comics (nothing else really from any other countries). It would be really nice to see what other countries are doing with the medium.0
