I overate everything in my diary today...and I'll probably still drink a light beer and eat an ice cream sandwich before bed...
And I regret nada...
Main reason being that I had to eat a lot of nutritious food to get here today...

I had a small mocha frappe from mcdonalds today.....that is my weakness. I used that as part of my lunch and had a half can of tuna to go with it. I plugged in my dinner and am still under calories by 7. I don't consider it cheating if I can exercise and make it up.0

I had a horrible day at work last week and the only think open on my way home was KFC so I grabbed a mashed potato bowl with chicken, gravy, cheese and corn. Horrible!!! I was wayyyyy over on my calories0

I had a slice of pizza for lunch and pancakes for breakfast with a Tbsp of chocolate chips.

Today was Tour de Fat and I drank 3 beers, had a bison burger and ate a slice of pizza. Gahhh!0 -
When I am way too easily tempted to try something deliciously bad, I dip my finger in it and lick it very quickly. BUT I wash it down with water right after. Don't record it either.0

I went over by 500-600 yesterday and today due to my compulsive eating. I eat too much damn bread, fruits, and cheese. :grumble: Not sure if I feel guilty, or not. :smokin:0

Today... I ate french fries...and not just any french fries...STEAK FRIES.
First time in 2 months.
Fries are my weakness...and pizza.

Dear MFP- I ate french fries, almost all week with dinner, because they fit into my cals/other things.
And today, well, yesterday now, I ate a chocolate chip and did not log it. Though that can only be like 5 calories xD0 -
Was soooo hot today, just had to have a small McFlurry ... did enjoy it though, and already have my bike out to ride tomorrow - lol!0

Let's see 2 doughnuts earlier this week and I only logged one and these aren't your normal, every day, run of the mill doughnuts! These are "evolved" doughnuts; like malted milk chocolate cream filled, peaches and cream cake, banana split fritter....

One day I PROMISED my MFP friends I'd exercise and I really CBA so I logged exercise and than added a few things I didn't eat to balance the calories :blushing:0

I don't cheat. Or rather I should say I don't believe in cheating. I believe in making educated choices. That candy bar is a part of my calories for the day. If I have done zumba one day, I have enough calories left to have a half cup of ice cream.0
