Can you see a difference? Im not sure I can. Pink bra is all before, All black is after sorry for the paint edits I didnt expect to do this,

    yes there is a diff! I'm doing day 5 of 30DS tomorrow :) I took measurements though instead of pics :(

    TaoBear I would always recommened 30DS These are after Level 1 theres 3 levels. So I'm hoping the results get even more But it does wonders if you ask me!

    Level 2 kills, but well worth it. I dont think it works abs enough so I do 100 bicycle crunches after it and it kills haha but hopefully it'll pay off!

    I figured someone would I sure did! Originally they were just.for me so.. I wanted to be able to see everything then found this site and was like.mag I won't post but again then I couldn't really see a difference and wanted other eyes so paint it was ! XD
