    I have had soooooo many. More than I can count. I crush on all the friends who inspire me and make me laugh and do things I only dream of doing just as much as the ones who make me blush with more than just admiration....I honestly do wish some of my guy friends would post shirtless photos finally. Is that wrong?

    As for crushes, it's hard not to get attached to the people who are supporting you and helping you achieve your goals. I hope I'm helping inspire others too. On a side note I am so addicted to this site in the last 3weeks lol

    IMO. beauty is 20% looks, 30% personality, 50% confidence :)

    I find it funny that my favorite ratio for cutting is 20% carbs, 30% fat, and 50% protein.

    *kitten* ratios chris lol. Just eat a *kitten* load of protein until your organs fall apart.
