I review my diary and it is closer to 1400. I'm sitting in class most of the time so that shouldn't use up too much energy? Maybe I just need more carbs?
How about eating 1500 calories a day. That is still below maintenance for you and will result in weight loss. It really sounds like a problem of not enough food because you're sleeping enough.

I'm just happy for help. You're welcome I can't afford to be sluggish when I have studying to do, and can't afford afternoon caffiene cause I wont sleep0
