I was in a rush this morning, so my lunch wasn't my usual salad. I had a spicy black bean burger on a deli flat with a side of the yummy sweet potato "fries" that we had with dinner last night. Yum!

    Mongolian Barbecue

    2 chicken breasts
    6 garlic cloves
    2 carrots
    1/2 yellow onion
    1/2 green bell pepper
    3 cups cooked rice
    1 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee - Panda Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce

Sautee the garlic cloves and the vegetables in the oil.

While the vegetables are cooking, grill the chicken breasts and cook the rice.

When the chicken is done, slice it into strips and toss into the vegetable mixture, then adding the rice.
