    SW" 475-500# I never was able to get a accurate number. I weighed at my doctor's office and it was estimated.
    CW: 321#
    GW: 200-220#
    Calories 2000-2400
    Carbs 45%
    Protein 30%
    Fat 25%
    Workout 4x a week. weights, swim, walk/jog and Zumba.

    My weight has been bouncing between 312-320#. I think I have been to complacent for too long. I initally started because of diabetes. Weight was never a issue for me. I reversed the diabetes in Jan. 2011 and don't have it anymore. I was happy that I just got rid of it. I have been on cruise control for a while now.
