    One of the pieces that stuck out for me is IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT CALORIE QUANTITY BUT ALSO CALORIE QUALITY.

    Very helpful tips thanks for posting. I have Hashimoto's disease which is hypothyroidism I hope once I lose the weight I will be under control of my thyroid problem. I've actually gained 2 pounds in weight over to 3 days. I'm going to use your tips to reconstruct my eating habits. Thanks a bunch.
