Yes! I don't even bother getting on the scale until I'm done. It takes everything I have to not eat everything in sight.0

I crave chocolate. To satisfy my cravings I eat granola with a tad bit of dark chocolate yummmmmmm0

I'm such a cliche, LOL...but I get super sensitive/emotional *and* crave sweets during that TOM.
24 days of the month, I'm fantastic. Four days...I'm a lunatic. It's all good.
I have found that exercise (I know) actually makes me feel better. Although my play list is much angrier

Not anymore; I use to crave dark chocolate raisinettes mixed with popcorn (smart balance) that is until I started eating the whole box of raisinettes, I knew I had to kick my habit ;-)0

I think "hungry all the time" is an understatement for me. and i NEVER want something healthy. Bring on the Brownies!!0

i rarely eat when TOM's around.
It makes me feel gross, and Im already bloated at that point anyhow.0 -
I want grease...as gross as that sounds.
Fried...cheese or some form of meat covered in bread crumbs.
I'm getting pretty good at controlling it though.0 -
I crave fries, but only wendy's fries.. my boyfriend knows that if I don't get them he's going to have a very bad day, or get bag-tagged.. usually both.
I'm typically a bottomless pit for 4 days, then feel like crap after for a day or two from all the horrible crud I put in my mouth.0 -
I get super snacky but don't really crave anything. I probably eat a lot of carbs, which I eat too much of on a good day anyway. I just find I'm super hungry with no explanation.0

I don't crave things but I'm pretty cranky/miserable from cramps, bloating, etc. :grumble:0

I'm always hungrier on the first day or two, plus I crave salt like crazy. Just have to try to make it through, luckily there are more pro's to being a woman, than con's lol0
