My name is Stephanie and I need to lose weight for my health. I have severe asthma and starting to have bone & joint pain. I have a tread mill but can't find time to use it. I work 40-50 hours a week, along with going to college. I am also married, so I try to spend time with him.

Any suggestions?

    What about working out with your hubby? Go on a walk during your lunch break? After dinner, you and your husband could go on a walk? (: Maybe?

    Yeah, I agree with the working out with hubby. Also, could you try walking to and from work? Taking stairs at work instead of lifts etc.? All small things maybe but they add up.
  • How about slowly doing ten minutes a day of exercise and just getting in what you can when you can? Pre track your food for the day and drink lots of water!
