Met my goal of 10,000 steps for the day. Included the treadmill in the counting.0

I got 20 minutes of pilates and a half hour of strength training to accomplish today. Off to do it right now, fun fun0

Ran on Tread mill for 3.8 miles, burnt 580 calories (per the Tread mill display)
also worked in the yard for an hour - a beautiful day here in columbus, OH.
So, as a resuly, am running in negative Net claories at this moment! Feels great.0 -

I am going to ride my stationary bike for a half hour then do an hour zumba DVD. Love it!0

This has been great reading about everyone's activities today - that to the originator of this string. I stretched for 10 minutes, did 100 crunches and then rode my elliptical for 35 minutes. Great work everyone! :flowerforyou:0

Trail run ----> Ran 8.35 miles in 79 minutes ( 9.5 min/mile).0

I did a 15 min my fitness coach cardio workout and then cycled for 2hrs.0

Will be doing Day 1 of Week 6 of the Couch to 5K after the sun goes down. I run at night because I don't want anybody to see me and think "fat lady running!" LOL. BTW, Day 3 of Week 5 nearly killed me, but I actually managed to run for 20 minutes straight. I'm relieved it's back to intervals tonight though.0

I did my walk and going to do the 24 minute Jillian Michaels Ripped In 30 DVD day 2. :flowerforyou:
My walk was 16 laps (4 miles) and I jogged on laps 3, 7, 11, and 15 - my own version of C25K - and my 13 year old daughter went with me!0 -
I went for a 3.25 mile hike in the bluffs park with the doggy today! :-)0
