This popped up on the forums a few days back and you are right, it's an awesome treat! I add a small scoop of soy protein powder to increase protein and just after I pour the batter into the pan I pop some blueberries on top. I  the recipe forum

Is that only for one pancake?

One batch of the mix will make like 8-10 smaller ones, it's definitely not per pancake although you could make a huge one if you wanted to

I make 2 out of it, I halve the mix in each cook so I can have 2... still same amount of mix though. No sugar needed & it's so yummy I didnt want to have a drink of water in case I lost the taste. Took me 5 full hours before I wanted to et again cause I was just not hungry.

I made this recipe when it was shared last week. It makes a crepe like pancake. They are really yummy! I added a sprinkle of cinnamon and vanilla to my batch. I made them for my best friends kids and they GOBBLED them up! It's worth a try.

Exactly, but you don't taste the egg at all. I was shocked :) My son who HATES eggs could not tell the difference. All you can taste is the banana.

I Tried it with egg whites but it doesn't hold together the same as with 2 whole eggs. Definitely much tastier and solid with the whole eggs.

Also, has anyone tried it with maybe one whole egg, one egg white? Or egg beater?

4-6 x Eggs (depends on how many people you're cooking for, and how many pancakes you're making)
2 x scoop of Protein powder
1 x scoop of Creatine powder
    1 x cup semi-skimmed Milk
    1 x cup of Oats
    1 x chopped Banana
    tsp Baking Powder

    Blend

    Cook

    Sprinkle cinnamon on once cooked

    Muuuuch better!

I even added this onto the database with full, accurate, nutrition. search 4 egg pancake and you'll find this:
Home Made - 4 Egg Protein Banana Pancake W/ 1 X Scoop of Whey and Creatine
  • First impression = banana omelet? haha. But it does sounds good. I'm gonna give it a try!

 Tried making thsi recipe today... I opted to add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and used a hand blender to beat the mixture. The pancakes were amazing! I bet they'd be even better with chocolate protein powder

I made these, they were a little weird for me, but i thought i would comment that the recipe/batter did totally work. They were sweet enough I didn't need honey or syrup.
