I've got 3 overripe bananas I need to use up so definitely making these for breakfast tomorrow morning - glad I can make them without flour or baking powder etc...

oh, also, how big a banana should you use - mine are small to medium sized and need to use them all, if I use all 3 of them will I need like 6 eggs for it to taste right?

I just finished eating these and i was pleasantly surprised! I made one big pancake and had a hard time flipping it, but will make smaller ones next time. I added a tablespoon of peanut butter and a pack of the chocolate flavored powder for my leftover Body by Vi stuff, topped with 1 teaspoon of light Becel margarine and 1/4 cup of Old Tyme sugar free syrup (which only has 25 calories!) Yummy!

  • I just made this for my kiddies that I watch so that I could taste a little bit. It was really good and they loved it as well!

I made these with egg whites and added 1 tsp peanut butter......very very good and with the egg whites less calories and I agree I was full!! I added E.D. Smith sugar free syrup and excellent.
