    Someone bumped my old thread - cool! I was wondering why I was getting all the new friend requests.
    when you take your dog hiking mqke sure it has water.

    He usually carries his own water, I didn't put the backpack on him that day because it was too hot.

    I am still at it, still training hard, and in fact, have become a Personal Trainer in my community. I run 5 am bootcamp classes, and do Personal Training (one on one) on the side of my main career in Law Enforcement.
