Yeah, I can't wait either! I remember being in the mid 170's in high school and my doctor telling me not to put on anymore weight.. so once I get out of the 170's, I am going to be astonished, because I can't even remember being that light. :laugh:0 -

Loss of 2.9lbs this week, and it should be more! but today for some reason I woke up and weighed and I gained almost 2 lbs over night!
And this is embarrassing, but I'm having trouble with it, umm, I cant seem to ever go to the bathroom! I try in the morning, but no, nothing. I have gone to the bathroom once or twice this week. I really hate it. I think my weight loss would be better if I could!0 -

Try to get more fiber through whole grains (I saw that you eat white bread, maybe switch to whole wheat). I see you're already drinking a lot of water. What helps me when I feel like I have to go, but I can't, is running. After a good run and sweat, I usually can't hold it in. :laugh:0 -

I agree with Steph--- you definitely need more fiber! A high fiber cereal like GoLean Crunch may work well for you.0 -
Well I'm at 162 today--- should be lower, but I gave in to the M&M cookies and also took my bf's niece and nephew to dinner last night. Argh! I hope to get into the 150's next week. I haven't seen those numbers in a longgggg time and will be thrilled if I can get there!0

I'm excited to be in the 160's (finally!), however, I've been sick since Monday and haven't done any exercise all week, so I guess I failed the challenge. I'm afraid to push myself too much and not get better. Hope to get better sooon!

Fiber pills are a good option too. Look for fiber one snacks, maybe. When you have the proper nutrition and hydration, you should have to use the bathroom everyday. (Maybe every other day at least).
I hear you on the white bread, it used to be my favorite thing about 5 years ago. But I switched over to whole grains and now I can't go back.0 -

I can't remember the last time I had white bread. It's just become automatic now for me to get whole grains. I like the taste better too. Now, if only I can get past the sweet addiction0 -

Switching to whole wheat bread is SO worth the extra cost! I used to eat this white-wheat bread bc it was the lowest calorie bread I could find, but then I read that eating white bread is like eating straight sugar. I switched to whole wheat immediately and never looked back!
Another thing you can look for is fiber crackers. Dr. Oz and Tyra talk about them ALL THE TIME. I have been wanting to try them, and this convo totally reminded me! They are supposed to be a really great snack that keeps you full!0 -

I sure hope so! I will be so happy to get into the 150's. Haven't seen that number in a LONG time! Even though my goal is 135(ish) I start feeling comfortable with my body around 155. I am looking forward to that day!0 -
Hi ladies!! My keyboard on my laptop broke eary last week. I have been checking this post all week long reading everything and not being to write in - it was horrible! But today I am at school to take a final - and yay I have access to a computer. Anyways I wanted to update my stats.
Starting Weight: 174.4
Bikini Babe Start: 137.4
Last Week: 131.6
(wk 6) This Week: 130.2
This week loss: -1.4
Bikini Babe Total loss: -7.2
I was hoping for a little more, but I will take it. This is the lowest weight I have ever been. I cannot even believe that I will be seeing the 120's!!. That is just so crazy to me.
I am so proud of everyone! Patty did it this week, and next week we will all break through to that 'new' set of numbers in front of our weight. That will be our motivation this week, every-time I even think of not wanting to go to the gym, all I will imagine is stepping on that scale and seeing the 120"s!!
Anyway, gotta go take my second to last Final, and hopefully I will get my laptop keyboard fixed this week.

By the way, Im almost 10 lbs down, and not until the other day did I notice some changes in my body!!! My stomach is flatter, and especially at the bottom of my stomach, its sort of indented. I can also feel my abs are coming along! I can feel my core is much stronger! (I cant wait untill my hips go down!!! thats the worst on me! I want to be able to just wear jeans and a tee without a "muffin top" or "love handles" sticking out!)
I cant wait until 10 more lbs come off! I'll notice a lot more, and hopefully other people will too!
Whats the biggest thing you've noticed on your body so far with how much weight you've lost?0 -

I've only lost 8 pounds since I started working out in September, and most of the weight loss is in my legs! But my strength has increased. I can run 2 miles and plank for a full min, so phew!0 -

That is an awesome way to look at it!! Thanks!!! I have my eye on breaking the 200's... BUT for this week, I'm going to focus on getting out of the "2 "double digits" and into the 2 single digits :laugh: ... 209 will start the "singles" for me.. So that will be what I'm shooting for... BUT I will also take anything under that as well :laugh:0 -

My legs, stomach and face.... I still have a stubborn pooch... you know that lower abdomen... GRRRRR... But it has shrunk considerably... I just wish it would flatten out faster0 -
