    Great job! I'm sure you feel a lot better health wise and about yourself. I've only lost about 33 lbs since the beginning of last November and I feel really good. Just got on to MFP at the beginning of the week. On Thursday I had to run an errand, well in this case it was walk an errand. I was able to do that and was able to do that in just over an hour. Last fall it would have taken me nearly 90 minutes to 120 minutes because I would have to stop an take breaks because of shortness of breath.

    Way to go girl you look fabulous! :)
