Hey everyone, how are y'all doing with the shred? Hope everyone is keeping up with it.. I know you can!!!! Keep posting!
Well, today is my 6th day shredding and I did the gazelle for an hour.0 -
Day 7 for me shredding + an hour on the gazelle.0

Where's everyone at?? Y'all better be shredding! I about gave up shredding today though, but didn't. I only did 30 mins on the gazelle instead of my normal hour. It's 10:30 and I'm tired though. Oh well... my calories are still fine for the day even with cutting it in half.0

hey i was posting on the other thread and then everyone stopped posting on there too... I started the Shred on Dec 1st as well. My start weight was 141.6.. however I've gained since I started but its my muscles holding in water I guess. I've also been doing the EA Active game on the Wii and the Biggest Loser game on the Wii as well as running. So today is Day 8 Level 1 for me!!! Can't wait, I can definitely tell its getting easier0

My friend was hosting a Biggest Loser Finale party, so I went there and only had time to just do the shred last night. I was really ready to quit too!0

I did day 8 on level 1 yesterday and will be doing day 9 as well as my wii games and a run this morning. I was actually.. can't believe I'm saying this... but a little bored yesterday. lol The workout went so fast and nothing felt overly difficult anymore, I'm definitely ready to move up to Level 2 on Friday!
I hope we get more shredders to keep posting0 -

Today was day 10 for me and I started level 2, and also did an hour on the gazelle. Level 2 is definitely a step up. I was bored with level 1 too, I guess that's why I wanted to quit. When I started level 1, my legs were killing me... level 2 my abs are really feeling it.

Yea I guess so, I've also been posting on the Jillian's 30 Day Shred thread and theres more people on there, I'll post a link for ya! Today is day 10 for me on Level 1. Going to do every move with Natalie and with perfect form. I can't wait to start Level 2 if its more of an ab workout, I LOVE working my abs! I wish I could get abs like Anita's lol Keep up the hard work, girl! I'm off for a run then the shred and then getting my first tattoo today! So Excited!!0

I've been posting in the other thread as well. Today was my 6th day on level 1. I started on Dec 4th (took 1 day off, had an outing with family then came home to no power!).
Starting weight was 173. Current weight is 172! yay!0 -
I finished day 9 of level 1 today! I am excited that tomorrow is my last day with this. I am ready to move on to level 2. I am running every other day also. Today was only 2 miles on the icy roads after yesterdays storm! I wasn't going to use that as an excuse. I am so determined. Jillian really makes me want to to better!0

Ok, didn't have time to post yesterday, but I did day 2 of level 2, which was my 11th day total. FYI, no matter how hungry you are, don't eat beforehand!! My dinner came up and then I came back and finished shredding! lol I also did an hour on the gazelle.

Ok, I'm also posting on the other shred now too.
Today was my 12th day, 3rd day on level 2. I also did an hour on the gazelle.
My high point today came when my hubby was poking at my tummy (which I hate and always tell him to stop) and he said that it's firmer and he could tell a difference! Yay for him noticing results! (even if I can't)0 -
Today will be level 1, day 8! I've now lost 2lbs this week. YAY! Feel so much better about myself!0

Day 13, and day 4 on level 2. I also did the gazelle for an hour and walked who knows how much at the outlet mall.0

So, sadly, I did not get to shred yesterday. I was super busy and also had a Christmas party to go to, so I wasn't eating well either. By the time I got home, it was 10pm and I was too tired to do anything. I did however manage to squeeze in 20 mins on the gazelle. I'll do better today.0

I didn't get to shred yesterday. But I did ice skate, so I wasn't that lazy! Today will be level 1, day 9! 2 more days on level 1!0

Ok, so last night was Day 14 total, Day 5 on Level 2. I also did the gazelle for an hour.

Ok, so I've been on vacation since Friday and this is the first day I could work out. Only did the shred. I unfortuantly haven't been able to eat right either, but I'll deal with it when we get back home0

Ok, so I've been away for Christmas for a while and yesterday I jumped back on the wagon.
It was my 17th day total, Day 8 on level 2. I also did the gazelle for an hour.
I didn't shred completely last night, I mostly skipped out of the strength training. I've noticed a change since shredding, but it's been mainly muscle and not weight loss. This is great, except I am on a WEIGHT challenge that ends in February, so I think I'm going to exclude strength training until after I win this competition!! I'll worry about muscle later! Anyone have any specific advice to help with weight loss? I just wish I was seeing the numbers, hoping that will change when I stop the strength training.0 -
Ok, so what is it, day 18 total, day 9 on level 2. I did modify tonight and did extra abs and cardio during the strength training. I previewed level 3 (from my couch!) to see if I might be ready for it, but since I had about a 2 week break in the middle of level 2, I'm not ready yet. I'll need a few more days of level 2 before I get to level 3. I also did an hour on the gazelle and I am ready for bed! I sleep much better when I'm exercising, and feel much better. I love it.0
