I believe that you can quit!
I have quit myself, cold turkey. As hard as it seems, if you put all your dedication towards it - you CAN do it!

    To actually finish 30DS
To get down to a size 10. I'm kinda in between sizes right now where most 10's are a little snug and the 12's are pretty lose so I have to wear a belt.
Get a morning workout routine down so I don't have to try to squeeze it in in the evening.

    1. Stay focussed and continue to log MFP. The good and the bad.
    2. Log even the long weekend coming up. Even just on paper.
    3. Lose 5 more lbs.

I want to stay committed! I have been on and off all summer (usually I go off when things are stressful, like moving time) and I want to keep logging and not get discouraged if I fail.

My goals for september are as follows:

    - Work out at least 4 days a week. No more logging cleaning. Actual workouts. And I want each workout session to be at LEAST 45 minutes before I say stop.

    - Craft a bunch of decorations for Halloween!

    - Get down to 290, finally.

You can do it. I quit cold turkey 16 years ago and never looked back. If you're ready you can do it. Try changing your habits that trigger a cigarette. For example if you wake up in the morning and the first thing you do is have that morning drag instead of doing that make a cup of coffee or just do something different. I had a friend who went to someone to help quit smoking and that's what they made her and her husband do. It was all about changing the habits that you usually do when you smoke. She also had to pick one spot outside to smoke and that was the only place she was allowed to smoke no matter what: rain, snow, wind, etc. she couldn't go any place else but there. She said that it's amazing how long it actually takes to smoke a cigarette when you're freezing your butt off LOL.

Its a little far-fetched but I would really like to be close to 230lbs by September 28th for a 2 day rock concert! That way I can look awwwwesome! (I'd look more awesome at 160...but gotta keep it a little real)
