Well, in two weeks I'll have my financial aid refund (bought my books online so I have a little leftover, yay!) and I'm going to buy some new Nikes for running. I haven't run all summer because my running shoes hurt my feet.

SO... starting then, I'll be running non-stop, doing some yoga and pilates, and am going to start my heavy lifting again IF my elbow cooperates (old volleyball injury flaring up - grr).

I hope to be at least 15 lbs lighter (I say that because I know a few of my lbs are water weight) by October with the help of my trusty running shoes. I've missed running so much!!!

    Mine are:

Weight loss: get out of 200's only 5.6 lbs to go.

And to survive the next month study wise as i start two course which equate to 24 hours study a week but as the OU has changed starting time I'm also finishing 2 courses with exams in October so for 3 weeks I'll be doing over 40 hours study. So much for part time lol

I started MFP August 1st. I did not commit the way that I should or wanted, so my goal for September is to get back on my fitness trail and stay committed!

Work out 3 days a week for 15-30 minutes.
    Drink my water every day.
    Keep my expectations realistic.

Retired this summer from education - In my 50s - goal is to lose 30 pounds, according to my wonderful doctor. Used to work 10 hours a day. Now I have the time to exercise 70 minutes a day - trying to burn 500 calories each session. Making a point to move more and make great food choices. Still transitioning into my new life. Amazed how gratitude plays into this fitness goal. When I'm not into it, I count my blessings and get moving!
