What r your first three things u do after waking up

1. Hit the snooze button!

3. Turn on the television for news and weather!0 -
1. Get mobbed by the dogs immediately upon displaying signs of awakening
2. Fight my way to the bathroom to offload the gallon of water i drank the day before
3. Carry my crippled dog downstairs so they can all go outside0 -
1- Turn alarm off
2- Do my business on the toilet while catching up on the news or Instagram
3- Rub one out.
Nothing starts my any better than that.0 -
1) Get dressed
2) Walk dogs
3) Have cup of tea0 -

3 - Start coffee. I will know I have found the right man when my priority #3 is his priority #1. Ha!

When I get up 7:00am
1. Groan at the alarm and the dogs who already have their noses against the bed to "hurry up"
2. Turn on the coffee maker and computer on the way to let the dogs out.
3. Use the facilities
When I wake my husband up: 4:40am
1. Shut the alarm off
2. Shove him to wake him up
3. Get up and make him coffee
4. return to bed0 -

schlep downstairs to turn on coffee
feed cats, waiting for me on the front porch
with their soulful eyes....as though they have
not been fed in forever.......0 -
I wake up at 4:30 every morning when I set my alarm for 5:00 so now I set it at 4:300

2. Pee while coffee is brewing
3. Change into workout clothes
I'm amazed by the number of people who don't pee at all. Or are they just embarrassed about it? lol
My thoughts entirely.... think of the water retention guys... lol0 -

Make up
every. single. day.0 -
1. EAT
2. Do 20 push-ups
3. bathroom0 -
1) pee
2) hop on the scale
3) log my day onto MFP
then back to reality.. work0 -
Use the bathroom

Look at porn (or my fantasy stats)

1. Hit snooze for a minimum of 30 minutes.
2. Cuddle with my sweetie.
3. Drag my *kitten* into the shower.
