I just started week 3 of Insanity yesterday. I am loving every minute. (Or at least I keep telling myself that ) Have lost a few inches and am down 3lbs. :happy:

I have Beach Body which is by Tony Horton - P90X sounds tough and it is expensive. Is Insanity by Tony too? Am 58 y.o. and in decent shape for my age but could definitely improve everything!! How do you log these video sessions into Exercise?

Doing a 30 day shred then rampining up an Insanity and P-90x combo for eiight weeks.

P90X is an extreme program but can be modifies for anyone to use. Insanity is with Sean T but with the same company (Beachbody) both are great programs for getting awesome results!
